Office Administrator | UAM Operations Support
Seeking a skilled Office Administrator to undertake coordination of a variety of office and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills, who is comfortable dealing with people, and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. What You'll Do: Support teams and guests with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, arranging for meals, arranging transportation and travel itineraries, providing support during events and training Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the office Employee Identification Management, organize, create, and ship employee ID badges Manage shipping to/from the office, distribution of mail and packages, Organize and ship promotional items as needed Manage bookable spaces in the office Event planning and coordination What We're Seeking: Experience in office processes and office administration procedures Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including phone management, office employee engagement, monitoring on-call line for employee and client support Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite Ability to meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task Good time management, independence, and critical thinking skills Minimum Qualifications: Highschool diploma, GED, Secondary Education courses Preferred Driver's License and reliable means of transportation 1+ years of relevant in-office experience Compensation Data: Pay Range: $19 to $22 per hour (Depending on experience), 40-45hrs/week Full Time, Overtime Opportunities, Cell Phone Stipend Additional Information: Paid time off and paid holidays Base salary + commission Opportunities for advancement All job specific equipment and safety gear provided 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match Employee-owned company & discounted stock purchase options Group Health Plan Employee referral bonus program Locations throughout US in major cities and desirable areas Career Development Program supported by Industry Expert Safety Specialists & Skills Trainers Scholarship Program for Children of Employees Charitable matching gift program *all listed benefits available to eligible employees
