company uses proprietary system! 3 years of AR/AP experience required Invoicing, cash applications, reconciliations, and some B2B collections calls Casual dress code & family/friendly environment Ready to hire ASAP! Key Responsibilities: Issue daily invoices and process credit memos accurately Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies Perform proactive collection calls to ensure timely payments Apply payments (checks, wire, credit cards, lockbox) to customer accounts Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve billing issues Manage daily credit holds and support AP tasks related to AR Support audits with documentation and workpapers File monthly sales tax returns What We're Looking For: Job stability and 2+ years of tenue in past roles Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 13 years' AR experience, preferably in manufacturing Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software Strong problem-solving and communication skills
