Job Title
We are looking for a bilingual patient services coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent (Spanish and English) communication skills, and a critical thinker that enjoys finding ways to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities
Greet our incoming patients, families, and guests Provide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluations Answer incoming phone calls Guide parents through intake/initial visit paperwork process Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt manner Assist in scheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc). Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic/waiting area Ensure the timely completion of patient intakes and evaluation scheduling Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English (experience with medical Spanish preferred but not required) High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers. Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills. Extensive computer experience and quickly acquire an understanding of changes in processes. Must be available to work five days per week M-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00PM Benefits
