Bilingual Patient Services Coordinator
We are a bilingual outpatient rehabilitation clinic that offers Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Feeding therapy services to children in Tulsa. Our mission is to ensure that Spanish-speaking children have access to the same quality of therapy services as any other child. Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual patient services coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent communication skills, and a critical thinker that enjoys finding ways to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities
Greet our incoming patients, families, and guests Provide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluation Answer incoming phone calls Guide parents through intake/initial visit paperwork process Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt manner Assist in scheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc). Call on doctors and other agencies for documentation needed for continued therapy services Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic/waiting area Assist therapists/clinical director in their day to day activities as needed Ensure the timely completion of patient intakes and evaluation scheduling Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English (experience with medical Spanish preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers. Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills. Extensive computer experience and quickly acquire an understanding of changes in processes. Must be available to work M-F 8:00 AM-6:15 PM with shift variation. Benefits
