Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract position in Bellevue, WA. This role offers a competitive pay range of $28$31 per hour and is responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor communications, and supporting the accounting team with accurate and timely payable functions. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests with accuracy and efficiency Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables Support audits and provide documentation as requested Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Cona Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
