LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to support one of our valued clients in Phoenix. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for professionals who thrive in structured environments and enjoy being the backbone of daily operations. Position Details

Location : Fully onsite in Phoenix, AZ Schedule : MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document management Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment Support grant application preparation and fundraising documentation Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient daily operations Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-motivated and team-oriented High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Professional, proactive, and positive attitude If you're ready to bring your administrative expertise to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply today!
