We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate handling of materials, timely shipments, and smooth receiving operations to support daily production needs. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials and components. Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements. Accurately maintain inventory records and update system entries. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are delivered to the right departments on time. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
