We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Renton. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, organization, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR databases Support recruitment efforts and schedule interviews Help coordinate employee engagement activities Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications: 2+ year of HR or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
