Job Type: Contract To Hire
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Renton. You'll support a variety of HR functions-from payroll and benefits to onboarding, compliance, and employee communications. This is a hands-on role with a mix of administrative and operational tasks. What You'll Do:
Process HRIS updates (hiring, terminations, benefits, direct deposit, etc.)
Assist with onboarding, background checks, and I-9 reverification
Maintain employee files and support internal communications
Help with payroll changes, benefits termination, and offboarding
Coordinate employee recognition and company events
Track insurance documents and support OSHA reporting
Manage open enrollment logistics and compliance materials
What You Bring:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with care
Prior HR support experience is a plus
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
