We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to manage the full patient experience for one or more specialties. This role involves rooming patients, updating charts, taking vitals, and assisting with scheduling and referrals. You will also provide patient education, collaborate with external resources, and ensure patients receive high-quality care. Additionally, you will support a professional environment for all visitors and staff. Responsibilities

Manage the full patient experience for multiple specialties. Room patients, update charts, and take vitals. Assist with scheduling and referrals. Provide patient education and demonstrations when needed. Network with external resources and insurance companies for patient support. Collaborate with the team to maintain a professional and positive impact on patients and visitors. Support physicians, providers, and staff with professional assistance. Ensure back office and trafficked areas are clean and well maintained. Essential Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of similar work experience in a medical practice setting. Proficient understanding of medical terminology. CPR/BLS certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior medical assistant experience in a clinical environment. Medical Assistant certification. Ability to speak and understand other languages. Work Environment

The position operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, with flexible start and end times. There are four openings available in different specialties: ENT, Family Medicine, Otology/ENT, and Pain Management. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience in the specific specialty. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
