Job Description Responsibilities:
Administers various functional human resources plans, procedures, and processes as well as assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Coordinates on boarding process for assigned client group to include and initiation and processing of personnel changes in a timely fashion within the human resources information system (HRIS), conducting new employee orientation, and creating personnel files. Assist assigned client group with employee relation issues to include investigations and performance documentation. Consult with HR Business Partner for more complex issues. Compiles reports from HRIS. Participates in the development of department goals, objectives, and processes. Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Recommends new approaches and procedures to effect continual process improvement in customer service and efficiency of the department. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:
Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to make large group presentations and consult effectively one-on-one. Ability to communicate and establish credibility with all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently as well as a strong desire to work as a member of a team. Strong organizational skills. Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems. Ability to exercise sound judgement, strong negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills needed.
