Front Desk / Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant who brings a friendly, organized presence and keeps our office running without a hitch. You'll be the first face people see when they walk through the door and the steady hand behind the details that keep the team moving forward. From greeting visitors with a smile to supporting scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operations, this role is a mix of hospitality, coordination, and behind-the-scenes admin that makes the magic happen. This is a full-time, hourly role based onsite in Lehi, UT Monday through Friday, 8:30am5:00pm. What You'll Do: Be the friendly face and first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and partners. Keep the office humming
from supplies and snacks to conference room calendars. Jump in on scheduling support for team meetings, interviews, and events. Pitch in with onboarding and People ops
setting up new hires, helping with employee events, and making sure people feel welcome. Manage logistics with an eye for detail. Coordinate small but mighty moments
team lunches, celebrations, offsites. Keep communication flowing by handling calls, emails, and general inquiries. Lend a hand on special projects and step in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands. Handle incoming mail & packages, light support tickets, and administrative HR tasks to keep things moving smoothly. Qualifications: 13 years of experience in a front desk, admin, or office coordination role (bonus points if it's at a start-up). Strong organizational chops
you love systems, checklists, and staying one step ahead. Clear, friendly communication skills (both written and verbal). A natural host
people feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of when you're around. Comfortable juggling multiple things at once without dropping the ball. Pro with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail). Trustworthy with sensitive information and able to handle it with care. A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be asked
