We are seeking a Construction Manager (CM) to join the Site Development organization. This team delivers new assets, customer programs, capital improvements, and redevelopment projects. The CM will oversee field-based construction activities across a defined region, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction budgets, schedules, vendors, designs, material procurement, utilities, and closeouts.
- Develop cost estimates for site development and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and master construction standards.
- Deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning.
- Resolve subcontractor and client issues through negotiation and mediation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of wireless site construction or related construction discipline experience.
- Knowledge of wireless tower industry practices including zoning, leasing, utilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage wireless construction projects end-to-end.
- Financial analysis and budget management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Prior experience in wireless network deployment projects.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
