Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Document all customer interactions in the database for record-keeping purposes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools.
