We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to manage and oversee collection and reporting activities within specified deadlines. This role involves maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring the resolution of discrepancies. The position is based in a lively office environment in Irvine, with a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include: Responsible for collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments. Locate and contact customers to inquire about their payment status. Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. Handle customer questions or complaints. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Create trust relationships with customers to prevent future issues. Update account status and database regularly. Perform additional duties as required or requested. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
