Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Data Entry Specialist to support the Family Saving Plan (FSP) open enrollment and Medicare data entry operations. This temporary position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of member data. Responsibilities Serve as the primary data entry resource for FSP open enrollment. Manually process member records to ensure readiness for 1/1 enrollment. Collaborate with the FSP team to manage the intake email inbox, addressing questions and issues. Help free up other enrollment resources to focus on phones, emails, and cross-functional support. Enter data from paper applications and change forms for Medicare members. Maintain Primary Care Provider (PCP) data to reduce member inquiries. Assist with simpler workflow queues in EAM to support team throughput. Process applications, changes, and terminations across all products. Maintain organized and compliant electronic member filing systems. Prepare written correspondence and system-generated letters. Stay current on federal and state regulations impacting enrollment. Create and maintain desk procedures to ensure consistency and minimize risk. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in fast-paced office environments and working with multiple monitors is a plus. High accuracy in data entry and document review. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility is offered if needed, with options to work remotely, hybrid, or in the office. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
