We're not looking for someone to just "process invoices." We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive, and savvy AP Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact in our finance operations. As part of our dynamic accounting team, you'll own the entire AP cyclefrom 3-way matching to month-end reconciliations, and everything in between. If you love solving problems, streamlining processes, and building strong vendor relationships, this is your moment. What You'll Be Doing 3-Way Matching: Match POs, receipts, and invoices with precision. Corporate Credit Card & Expense Reports: Manage programs and ensure policy compliance. General Ledger Coding: Accurately code invoices and expenses. Month-End Reconciliations: Help close the books with accuracy. Vendor Communication & Dispute Resolution: Be the go-to for resolving issues with professionalism and tact. Check Runs & Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payments to our vendors and suppliers What You Bring 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
