$ 20 - $ 22 / Hour Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Contract to Hire Accounting & Finance We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support one of our clients in Robinson Township, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing the full cycle of accounts payable. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy. Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a full-cycle AP role. Comfortable with creating formulas and working with pivot tables in Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
