A leading dental equipment and supply company is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join its technical support and wholesale operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This position is based in Irvine, CA and requires on-site attendance. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to wholesale customers via phone and email Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience Coordinate mailing of product literature and samples to sales representatives Track and manage inventory of printed materials and brochures Handle domestic travel arrangements for company personnel Organize and file purchase orders and dental journals in the company library Process and fulfill wholesale customer orders accurately and efficiently Interface with the equipment sales and service teams to support customer needs Assist direct sales team with technical support during high-volume periods Prepare and process monthly commission reports for key dealers Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or inside sales role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (intermediate level preferred) CRM experience required; knowledge of Great Plains is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be comfortable working with all levels of staff in a professional environment Additional Details
