Onsite Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Warranty Administrator
to support a busy service department. The ideal candidate will have experience handling warranty claims, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely processing of warranty-related documentation. Key Responsibilities
Review work order packets and prepare documentation for warranty claim submission Submit claims for various manufacturers and accurately job code each repair Process warranty claims for rental equipment Coordinate with branch locations to resolve discrepancies related to labor or travel prior to invoicing Review denied or forwarded claims for follow-up and resolution Create shipment tags for warranty part returns and distribute to branches Maintain updated tracking information in the SLMS system Submit warranty freight reimbursement claims in a timely manner Respond to emails and phone calls; provide support to branch personnel as needed Code invoices from HYG and other vendors; prepare for submission to corporate Process payments line-by-line and assist with invoice clearing Manage the aging report and follow up on outstanding payments Track pending FPIs (Field Product Inspections) with branches Register non-Hyster/Yale warranties as required Qualifications
Prior experience in a warranty administration or service support role preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with service management software a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Additional Information
