We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in South Florida seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily mid-to-high rise construction. This is a key role working with the PX overseeing a complex project from pre-construction through closeout ?

Position Highlights

• Location: Miami, FL local candidates only. This position is not open to relocation.
• Project Type: Multifamily, mid-to-high rise residential developments.
• Employer: Well-established GC with a strong pipeline of work across South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 57 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on multifamily mid-to-high rise projects.
• Proven track record managing large scale projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Must be based in South Florida (Miami area).
