A global manufacturer of industrial-grade displays is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Project Manager.

Job Description:

Manage new product development projects, including execution, problem tracking, and control.
Track project progress, monitor performance against planned metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
Coordinate with departments to facilitate project execution and management.
Monitor the progress of R&D project schedules.
Oversee documentation, follow-up, and archiving during the R&D phase.
Plan releases and arrange technology transfer to the production line after sample production.
Track project progress, monitor performance against planned metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring the work meets the required specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)
Proven experience in a project management role (e.g., 3-5+ years)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management software and tools
Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
