You Are
As a Teamcenter Project Manager, you will be a key leader in our digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of complex PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) projects, primarily leveraging the Siemens Teamcenter suite.
The Opportunity
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of Teamcenter solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in PLM processes and systems.
What You Need
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture and functionality.
- Proven experience in managing complex PLM projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of product development processes.
- Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter implementation and management.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Companys 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Companys 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
