About the Role
Were seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading ground-up commercial projects from start to finish. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and team development.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-visibility projects in the $5M$50M range with a company that values leadership as much as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Solve problems proactively and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture

• Communicate clearly with field staff, leadership, and clients

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry

• At least 25+ years of experience in a Project Manager role

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M$50M range)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to drive accountability while fostering a culture of support and collaboration
