Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
