Inventory Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting overall inventory control operations within our advanced manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include: Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Accurately update inventory records using inventory management software. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Organize and store products in designated areas following company procedures. Pick and prepare parts for work orders. Generate and maintain inventory reports as needed. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Support broader company initiatives by applying specialized skills as directed by management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and skills include: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory principles. Proficiency with inventory software (Fishbowl experience preferred). Strong understanding of inventory control best practices.
