Senior Accountant ONSITE full time
- $90-115K + strong annual bonus
- 3 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of sick time

- 40 hours per week routinely, no work during off hours
This job in a nutshell:
- Job is 50% General Ledger
- Reconciliation, Accruals and Adjustments
- Monthly Close and prep work for the financial statements
- Help with the accounting for sub LLCs and JVs
- Improvement to process, analytics, tools, use of current systems
- Also 50% Accounts Receivables
- Review invoicing to recognize revenue and all details of invoicing
- Create journal entries to post revenue to the GL
- Collections (B2B) as needed
We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):
- BS Degree in Accounting
- 4+ Years of Accounting
- Full scope General Ledger experience
- AR Experience and working knowledge of Revenue Accounting
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and complex Excel capabilities
- Strong communication, accountability, and consistency
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
