Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records. Process payroll for a workforce of 47 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Administer HR and benefits-related tasks to support employee needs. Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and reporting. Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy. Prepare periodic financial reports to assist with decision-making. Support operational efficiency by optimizing accounting workflows. Requirements

Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for accounting and reporting tasks. Ability to handle payroll processing for multiple employees. Familiarity with HR and benefits administration processes. Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting. Previous bookkeeping or financial management experience.
