LHH is currently seeking an experienced Construction/Manufacturing Order Entry Specialist for a full-time position with a growing company in Tempe/Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsibilities: Entering customer purchase orders into internal system Delegating customer inquiries to customer service Revising or canceling orders Verifying customer account information Entering order information with 100% accuracy Vendor support and client services Entering purchase orders and work orders Invoicing/billing background is a plus High-volume data input, will never get bored in this role. Supporting sales team and purchasing Qualifications: Prior Order Entry experience (1+ years of experience) preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office knowledge (NetSuite experience is a plus but not required) High school diploma or equivalent Contract-to-hire - Eligible for medical, vision, and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.
