Overview
Onsite role in New York City, Midtown. The company is building out its GTM team and seeks a first Growth Marketing hire.
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute growth marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention and growth
- Build a strong and scalable marketing strategy including account based marketing, lifecycle marketing & demand generation
- Utilize data and analytics to help optimize campaigns and shape overall strategy
- Continuously test new channels, looking for ways to harness AI within the marketing function
Qualifications
- B2B SaaS Growth Marketing or Demand generation experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems - ideally Hubspot or Salesforce
- Strong skills with copywriting and a portfolio of marketing work
- Proven experience running paid marketing campaigns to drive revenue
- Experience as the first marketing hire at a startup or in a founding marketing role
