Description

We are looking for a people-focused, results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Henderson, TN manufacturing facility. This role is critical in supporting our workforce and leadership team, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, including a strong background in unionized environments.

How You Will Help

* Serve as the primary HR leader for the Henderson, TN and Guntersville, AL Plants, supporting approximately 125 employees.

* Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.

* Manage labor relations, including contract interpretation, grievance handling, and union engagement.

* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

* Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

* Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

* Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership and corporate HR.

What You Will Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

* Proven experience working with unionized workforces and labor contracts.

* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

* SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
