Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures

• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories

• Take digital X-rays and impressions (as permitted by state law)

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Ensure strict infection control and patient safety protocols

• Assist with patient scheduling, charting, and treatment coordination

• Support a smooth, efficient flow of daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude with a passion for patient care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and organizational ability

• Experience with dental software (preferred but not required)

• Radiology certification and/or Dental Assistant certification (per state requirements)

• CPR/BLS certification
