Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, developers, and brokers Identify, pitch, and close deals for private lending products Educate clients on loan programs, terms, and financing strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closings Build a pipeline of repeat business and long-term client relationships Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in mortgage, private lending, or real estate financing Strong network of investors, developers, or real estate professionals Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role Compensation
