Head of Sales

to lead revenue growth and scale our sales organization. Based at our headquarters, this executive role will set the vision and strategy for sales, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive results in line with our growth targets. Key Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy, team structure, and market expansion initiatives Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture Oversee sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure targets are met or exceeded Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with broader company objectives and deal structures What We’re Looking For

5+ years in sales leadership, with a proven record of exceeding targets in high-growth environments Experience in real estate lending, private lending, or financial services strongly preferred Deep understanding of sales processes, performance management, and strategic planning Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Why ALTO Capital Competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to lead a company in an exciting growth phase targeting $1.5B in annual originations.
