Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
Attend court hearings and trials.
Maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
1-5 years of litigation experience.
Admitted to practice in Illinois; secondary admission to Missouri, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, or Texas preferred.
Experience with motion practice and depositions.
Lead experience in plaintiff and expert depositions preferred.
Ability to work independently and be highly organized and efficient.
Superior research and writing skills; strong analytical abilities.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Compensation and Benefits Overview Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE). Eligible employees may also receive bonuses and other forms of compensation, contributing to a comprehensive total rewards package. Benefits offerings may differ by location.
