We are seeking an experienced

Litigation Secretary

to join a respected law firm in

San Francisco

on a

direct hire

basis. This is a

hybrid role

offering flexibility to work remotely part of the week, while providing support in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and experienced in handling a range of litigation support tasks. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents File legal documents with state and federal courts (both e-filing and traditional filing) Maintain attorney calendars, manage deadlines, and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances Manage case files, correspondence, and confidential documents Assist with time entry, billing, and expense reports Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Perform other administrative duties as needed to support attorneys and legal staff Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of litigation secretarial experience , preferably in a mid-to-large size law firm Proficient in

MS Office Suite

and legal document management systems Solid knowledge of

court filing procedures

and deadlines in California state and federal courts Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High level of discretion and confidentiality Salary:

Up to $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Schedule:
