Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a nationally respected law firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will provide a broad range of clerical and administrative support to attorneys and staff while coordinating events and day-to-day operations. The position offers a hybrid schedule after an introductory period and the opportunity to grow within a busy and supportive office. Successful candidates will have 2+ years of relevant experience. Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $43.00/hr Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, and making travel arrangements Track monthly expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage corporate card accounts Proofread and prepare legal documents, correspondence, electronic filings, and engagement letters Perform photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding, filing, and record maintenance Assist with creating TOCs and TOAs, binders, and other litigation support materials Track attorney bar admissions, court admissions, and CLE requirements Conduct limited research (non-billable) for attorneys as needed Enter attorney hours into time management system and manage contract attorney time as applicable Review and edit monthly prebills and draft cover letters Provide backup support for other administrative staff and handle special projects as assigned Qualifications
