Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr The
annual salary
for this position is between
$175,000 to $250,000

Handle all aspects of litigation, from case intake through trial or resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct discovery and take/defend depositions Collaborate with team members on strategy and case development Advocate vigorously for clients in hearings, mediation, and court proceedings Qualifications
5–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience Strong background in
PAGA, wage & hour, and class action cases Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Must have a California Bar license Supportive, mission-driven team environment with professional growth opportunities Role and Focus
