A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a passionate and experienced

Employment Litigation Attorney

to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, particularly representing employees in individual and class/collective action matters. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys committed to advocating for workers’ rights in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

Represent plaintiffs in employment litigation matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and class actions. Manage all stages of litigation, from intake and investigation through discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial. Take and defend depositions, draft pleadings, and prepare legal briefs and discovery responses. Collaborate with team members on strategy, case development, and client communication. Handle class certification and collective action litigation under state and federal wage laws (e.g., FLSA, California Labor Code). Maintain high-quality work while managing a litigation docket in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side. Experience with wage and hour class/collective actions is highly preferred. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong commitment to social justice and protecting workers' rights. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary

Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 – $175,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
