Management Development Program - Food & Beverage at Auberge Resorts Collection. The MDP is a comprehensive, year-long, on-property experience designed to prepare the next generation of hospitality leaders. It is for passionate, curious, and driven individuals ready to turn talent into leadership, offering a structured path to future leadership in luxury hospitality. Program emphasis is on hands-on experience, leadership development, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences within Auberge properties around the world. Program Structure
80% Hands-On Experience: Rotational, real-world training within your chosen department. 20% Professional Development: Structured learning sessions focused on management, leadership, and essential soft skills. The program operates on two progressive phases: Phase 1: Mastering Service & Departmental Knowledge — gain in-depth knowledge of day-to-day operations within your focus area. Phase 2: Leadership & Management Essentials — develop core competencies in people management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Program Tracks
Participants choose a specialized path based on career interests: Food & Beverage Culinary Rooms Division Successful candidates will be asked to select a preferred track and property location during recruitment. Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the program and based on performance, availability, and willingness to relocate, graduates may be considered for placement in an Assistant Manager level role within the Auberge Collection. Program Benefits

The program is tailored for students or graduates from accredited hospitality schools in the United States. Essential qualities (hospitality-focused) include: A demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proven willingness to learn, with curiosity, resilience, and self-motivation The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment A keen interest in leadership and career advancement Commitment to long-term growth and ongoing development Previous internship and hospitality experience is preferred Offer letters are typically issued within 2–4 weeks of completing the interview process.
