What You Will Be Doing:

As the HR Coordinator you will be in an administrative role supporting the specific needs of the department. You may take on general HR duties but will be primarily responsible for assisting the Payroll Administrators with payroll processing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist Payroll Administrators during payroll processing in the Payroll HRIS system.

Serve as a UKG Employee Admin – updating, approving, correcting records and other data within the system.

Create excel based reports and forms.

Generate HRIS system reporting including compliance related reports.

Assist with House Account reporting on a biweekly basis.

Support Benefits Administrator answering general employee questions questions as needed.

Audit Employee Data integrity (supervisor, cost center, job title) on a monthly basis.

Provide back-up front desk coverage on a daily basis.

Additional projects as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professional over the phone, in writing, and in person. Experience with an HRIS, preferably UKG, is preferred.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience with HRIS (UKG Pro preferred).

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to meet attendance requirements, this is an in-person position.

Strong computer aptitude with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, SharePoint, and HRIS systems (UKG).

Exceptional Excel skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, in writing, and in person.
