Detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in entering, updating, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. Processing shipping and receiving documentation, tracking inventory, and supporting orders through production.. Microsoft Office and barcode scanning tools. Strong attention to detail, effective communication with the warehouse and teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Enter and update inventory records into warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software. Track incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers. Perform cycle counts and record discrepancies. Update bin locations, stock levels, and part numbers in the system Input details of inbound shipments (PO numbers, carrier info, quantities received). Generate labels, packing slips, and bills of lading. Record outbound orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and destinations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing Familiar with ERP systems, SAP, and scanning barcoding Detail-oriented & proficient with Microsoft Previous Data Entry experience with data entry. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment

Pay: $13.50/hr

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 PM (depending on production)
