The Role As a bartender, you love a fast-paced environment and shaking up cocktails is your specialty. In your downtime, you enjoy connecting with your bar guests and making a lasting impression.
Compensation:
$5.00 per hour, plus tips
What we will ask of you:
Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
Requirements for Success:
Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
