Mid-Level Contract Executive Assistant
This role is for a leading technology company in Redmond, WA, to support their Cloud operation and innovation team. This team supports a team of 10,000 while partnering with 40 other admins and providing general admin duties such as calendar management, travel planning, expense processing, space management, and FTE hiring.

Summary of the Opportunity
As a Mid-Level Contract Executive Assistant, you will assist the Lead EA with day-to-day executive office on-site operations, manage centralized shipping for the local team, maintain storage rooms, handle inventory, support org distribution list maintenance, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist Lead EA with day-to-day executive office on-site operations.
- Manage centralized shipping for the local team.
- Maintain storage room inventory and ensure proper organization.
- Support org distribution list maintenance.
- Provide general executive administrative support, including team collaboration, new hire onboarding support, private conference room calendar support, inventory management, and customer support.
- Coordinate and arrange lunches for meetings and offsites.
- Manage birthday cards for LT Admins and LT members.
- Provide backup onsite support for admins when needed.
- Support intern during intern season.
- Participate in GIVE Campaign v-team.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in executive admin duties, including calendar management, event organization, and executive team support.
- Proficient skill level in the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Business Administration degree or relevant certifications.
- Previous experience supporting a CVP in an executive office.
- Previous experience supporting a large organization, preferably with prior Microsoft experience.
