We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Your work will be essential in fostering strong relationships between our customers and our company, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Provide product information and assist customers with system navigation and usage inquiries. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous improvement. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through their initial experience with our products. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Benefits
