Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, playing an essential role in ensuring that their experience with our company is positive and fulfilling. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback adeptly.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with creating and managing their accounts, including troubleshooting login issues. Address customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to help customers make informed decisions. Document customer interactions meticulously in the system for future reference. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues that require additional support. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
