Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments to optimize time management for senior staff.
• Maintain and manage calendars, ensuring all commitments are accurately documented and conflicts are avoided.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for quick and efficient access.
• Handle email correspondence and draft clear and effective communications on behalf of senior staff.
• Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and project development.
• Manage conference calls and facilitate effective communication between team members and external stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Prepare and review import/export documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing itineraries.
• Provide technical support with office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
