We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented candidate to bring on to our team.

Position: Receptionist (Bilingual preferred) Pay: $19.50/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Job Statement The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and customers. This role is responsible for answering inquiries, providing information, and directing individuals to the appropriate departments, offices, or staff members while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Essential Functions Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls; provide information or take accurate messages. Greet and assist visitors by determining the purpose of their visit and directing or escorting them to their destinations. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, mail, and faxes. Resolve routine customer and public complaints with courtesy and efficiency. File, maintain, and update records as needed. Provide accurate information regarding office locations, employees, and organizational services. Collect, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Prepare and process correspondence, memos, and other documents. Receive and record payments for services. Maintain a clean and orderly reception area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Specifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One to two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and courteous demeanor required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
