IT technical leads must be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Adaptability:
IT technical leads must be able to adapt to changing technologies, priorities, and requirements, and be able to learn quickly. Business acumen:
IT technical leads must have a good understanding of the business goals and objectives, and be able to align technical solutions with business needs.
Skills : 7+ years Angular UI development 5+ years Node with TypeScript/JavaScript 5+ years API development (experience with GraphQL a plus) 5+ years SQL with relationship database (i.e. Postgres, Oracle) 2+ years working with Cloud technolgies (AWS preferred)
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them to solve complex technical problems, resolve impediments and ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. Work as independent contributor to develop software products. Responsible for leading technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and goals. Experience with Agile methodology (Scaled Agile preferred)
