We are seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Specialist II
to support our client's development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training, progression, and continuing education programs within their organization. This role is essential in coordinating training efforts, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities Serve as LMS administrator: create, update, and organize training courses Manage participant enrollment and provide technical support Maintain accurate training records Schedule instructors, classes, facilities, meals, and lodging Coordinate with vendors and maintain a professional training environment Send training notifications and reminders Generate reports on course completion, assessment scores, and other metrics Facilitate onboarding process and ensure completion of employment documents Provide access to training materials, PPE, tools, and systems Coordinate logistics, volunteers, meals, lodging, and on-site support Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience managing databases Familiarity with Cornerstone or other LMS platforms Experience using SharePoint
